Complaint:	The Government of Senegal has banned the import of bananas into Senegal from Ghana through the port of Dakar.There is no time indication as to when the ban will be lifted. This also affects exports of banana from Ghana through Dakar port to Mauritania.
Resolution status note:	Les Points Focaux BNT ont informé le Secrétariat de la ZLECAf, par la présente, de la levée du gel des importations de bananes par lettre circulaire en date du 09 décembre 2025. --- The NTB Focal Points informed the AfCFTA Secretariat of the lifting of the freeze on banana imports through a national circular letter dated 9 December 2025.
